Other details: We have here a nice old bike, could be an early Raleigh Superbe? or a BSA? I can find no reference to age, make or model, it has Hercules pedals, a B.S.A. gear change lever on the top-tube, the rear gear hub has no markings except for Oil regularly, next to the cap. comes complete with Acetylene Lucas front & rear lamps, which are both in good condition, but do not know if they work, and a bronze (or brass) pump, the bike rides fine & is in good ridable condition, I would say it has been re-painted at some point, the saddle is deteriorating, the rear mudguard has a split, the brake blocks probably need renewing, and the old Dunlop tyres are showing signs of pereshing, but all in all a genuine ridable classic, should be in a museum! SOLD!
