Nice lightweight frame & forks with good build spec, not sure what model, frame number: Y90030094 if that gives any clue, could be a mid school Kuwi 1994? so is this one of the late ones built before they moved production out of Osaka? whatever its a nice built bike, has surface rust, I Have removed the wheels for another build I have, so wheels not included, but you can see it as I have found it.
So a frame & forks restoration project at present, with most of the components intact, just needs wheels and may be fine when cleaned up or re-chromed or sprayed.
