After Raleigh took over BSA (among other bike manufacturers) the factories still built bikes under Raleigh, but kept the name, so this is a Raleigh Burner built at the BSA factory.
A basic spec mini machine, with no bearings in the bottom bracket or steerer (this is how they were made), its been well used & showing the signs of being a youngsters best freind (as it should).
So being sold in average to good condition, needing some TLC: the wheels are in need of some work or re-placing, as the freewheel on the rear clunks, the chrome is worn & pitted, some spokes are bent, but I am telling you the worst, they still run true, the tyres hold air, and basically the frame, forks and bars etc are all good, with just some sratches & ware around brake levers on handlebars etc, the norm!
I have done nothing to this bike, so sold as seen as a project, ornament, or a usable kids camping bike (all you VW users out there)
