Frame and forks have chips to paintwork but structurally sound, most of the parts appear worn & are a bit loose on riding, but still a smooth ride, so basically selling as a Frame & forks restoration project.
This bike is more like an oversized BMX, some of the components are the same as used on old school bmx.
