It comes with no brakes but with everything else working fine, in need of some TLC, but it is basically in good ready to ride condition, with signs of use and age; chips and scratches to paintwork & decals, and a couple of attempt to touch up with a similar paint, but nothing too bad.
The wheels are good, but the tyres need renewing.
A good base for a rebuild or renovation.
